1. Operator

TheOnlineProperty.com is owned and operated by 100 Million Corp, a GST-registered digital real estate marketplace based in India. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean 100 Million Corp.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the platform:

  • Account data: name, mobile number, email, city.
  • Lead data: property interest, budget, locality preferences, messages submitted on lead forms.
  • Listing data: property details, images, and documents you upload.
  • Builder / billing data: business name, GSTIN, PAN, billing address, invoice records.
  • Payment metadata: transaction id, amount, status. Card / UPI / bank credentials are processed only by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, referrer.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Connect buyers with property owners, builders, and channel partners.
  • Deliver leads to subscribed builders and advertisers.
  • Process subscription payments, invoices, GST records, and refunds.
  • Improve search, recommendations, and platform reliability.
  • Send transactional updates, OTPs, and service notifications.
  • Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulatory requests.

4. Lead Handling

When you submit a lead form, your name, mobile number, and inquiry details are shared with the relevant builder, owner, or authorised partner so they can contact you. By submitting a lead, you consent to such contact via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

5. Payments & Billing

Online payments are processed by regulated third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay) operating under RBI guidelines. We receive only the transaction outcome and metadata required for invoicing and reconciliation. Invoices are issued by 100 Million Corp and stored securely with restricted access.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and aggregated analytics to understand traffic patterns. Analytics data is de-identified and used only to improve the platform. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work correctly.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • The builder / owner you submit a lead to.
  • Payment gateways and invoicing systems for billing.
  • Cloud infrastructure, communication, and analytics processors under contract.
  • Government authorities when legally required.

8. Data Retention

Account and listing data is retained while your account is active. Billing and invoice records are retained for at least 8 years to comply with Indian tax law. Lead data is retained for legitimate business and dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Data Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, role-based access controls, and audit logs for billing and admin actions. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices to protect your data.

10. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Email support@theonlineproperty.com from your registered email to raise a request.

11. Children

The platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
