Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Operator
TheOnlineProperty.com is owned and operated by 100 Million Corp, a GST-registered digital real estate marketplace based in India. All paid transactions on this platform are processed and invoiced by 100 Million Corp.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all paid products on TheOnlineProperty.com including builder subscriptions, lead packages, advertising slots, and TOP Prime memberships.
3. Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- One-time lead packages and ad placements cannot be cancelled once delivery has begun.
- Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time before the next billing date.
4. Refunds
- Service not delivered: Full refund within 7 working days if the purchased service was not made available due to a fault on our side.
- Duplicate payment: Full refund of the duplicate amount within 7 working days of verification.
- Partial usage: Subscription fees for the current billing cycle and consumed lead credits are non-refundable.
- Discretionary refunds: May be considered case-by-case for genuine grievances.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank settlement timelines may vary depending on your card issuer or UPI provider.
6. How to Request
Email support@theonlineproperty.com with your registered mobile number, invoice number, and reason. Our billing team responds within 2 working days.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact our billing team before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
