Safety Guide

Your safety is our priority. Follow these essential tips to avoid fraud and make confident property decisions.

Verify property documents

Always check ownership papers, title deed, RERA registration (if applicable), and recent property tax receipts before any commitment.

Never pay advance without inspection

Do NOT transfer money, token amount, or booking fee before physically visiting the property and verifying the owner.

Meet the owner in person

Always meet the property owner face-to-face at the actual property location. Avoid deals where the owner refuses to meet.

Visit the property physically

Photos can be misleading. Always inspect the property in person — check construction quality, neighborhood, and surroundings.

Beware of fake calls and offers

We will never ask for your bank OTP, UPI PIN, or any password. Anyone claiming to be from TheOnlineProperty asking for money is a fraud.

Trust your instincts

If a deal looks too good to be true — extremely low price, urgency to pay, refusal to share documents — it's likely a scam. Walk away.
