2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All property listings are submitted by users, owners, or builders. While we review listings before publishing, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legal status, or current availability of any property.

3. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

• Verifying property documents, ownership, and legal title
• Conducting independent inspection before any payment
• Ensuring the seller / owner is genuine
• All financial transactions made outside the platform

4. Prohibited Use

You may not post fake listings, misleading content, duplicate properties, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes. Violators will be permanently banned.

5. Limitation of Liability

TheOnlineProperty, its team, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or any property transaction.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
